Terms of sale.
The short, plain version of how buying from MAKO works.
Who we are
- MAKO Essentials is run by Ghali Dassouli, based in Marbella (Málaga), Spain. You can reach us at support@makoessentials.com.
Products and prices
- Prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable.
- Shipping to Spain, France and Belgium costs €5.90 per order and is free on orders of €60 or more. The total is always shown before you pay.
- Product images are representative. Small variations in colour and finish can occur.
Ordering and payment
- Orders are paid through Stripe's secure checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
- Accepted methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Klarna, plus any other options shown at checkout.
- Your order is confirmed once payment is accepted, and you receive a confirmation by email.
Delivery
- Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days.
- Tracked delivery usually takes 7 to 15 business days after dispatch.
- A tracking link is sent by email once your order ships.
Right of withdrawal (returns)
- You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason.
- To do so, write to support@makoessentials.com with your order details, then send the item back within 14 days.
- Please return items complete and in their original packaging. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item arrived faulty or wrong.
- We refund you, including the original standard shipping cost, within 14 days of your request. We may wait until we receive the item back.
Legal guarantee
- All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under Spanish consumer law: 3 years from delivery. If something is faulty, write to support@makoessentials.com and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
Applicable law
- These terms are governed by Spanish law, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
